Highly recommended

Very nice, clean, comfy, quiet, spacious and private pool as well as part of the beach.

The price of the bottled drinking water is 10 times in the supermarket which is only across the road.

Nice stay enjoyed by the family.

It is spacious, organized and clean. It has different options to select from. Staff is outstanding.

Price is exaggerated during weekends and normal during the week. Swimming pools are not so private and can be seen from the other villas. Water is cool during this time (October) Check in/out times to be reviewed.

Wonderful

I liked my apartment, it had spacious rooms, clean. Nice facilities, I wanted to try the Spa, but I had little time.

The location is bit far but it is OK. It has 2 good pools but it is small, but enjoyable too. There is a policy not to take food on pools and use the restaurant and Cafe, but no waiters available to make orders.

the location is great and the apartment is big enough and it...

the location is great and the apartment is big enough and it was great to book this property by sudden. it is fare book for the property and the price.

the staff are very tough as i forget my key inside the apartment and asked many of the staff out side to open my door and they refused. the room in the first day there were no soap in the bathrooms and it was late night i arrive there were no welcome fruites and any others. i asked for a twin bed room and king bed room on the recieption and they gave me a two king bedrooms apartment, when i asked to change the apartment they offered me an extra bed instead although there was many vacance apartment.

It’s not clean at all and they furniture with light color material and that’s showing the darts very clear Toilet is not clean Slay ding window was leaking water when we had rain on Sunday morning half the bed room was with water

They took cash deposit dhs500 and it was not included in the receipt and when I did check out I informed the receptionist that I deposited 500 she said it’s not recorded! Thanks God I paid in dhs they founded and returned back to me.

Nice hotel but below the standards..

Spacious 2 bedroom appartment with privacy.. suitable place for fimilies especially with the beachfront facilities.

The cleaning service was far below the standards. the apartment has bad smell after cleaning. It is clear that the house keepers are lazy and don’t use clean stuff. I ordered a breakfast from the hotel restaurant and they did not collect the plates for two days!! Also, wifi was slow, location is a little bit far from the center.. Overall it is a nice hotel but does not meet the 5 star standards in manners of professionalism..

We have rented a penthouse for 8 and were really disappointed when we found a set of 3 spoons and forks. As well the dining table and number of chairs were nit able to accomodate the rquired number of customers. Unacceptable for that level if price

The place and staff were amazing, great location and price, comfy beds and decent sized rooms. We didn't had the chance to go to the beach but i bet its nice.

We had a villa, everything we needed has to be "apon request" like kitchenware which is one of the ideal things that "should" be at the villa in the first place and there were no amenities. Also the iron and iron table. Tissue boxes were limited (3 tissue boxes to be exact). 2 hangers in each cabinet. And most importantly there were no slippers! We had to order them. One last thing was the showers; it floods the whole toilet.

It wasn`t worth It

First of all I asked for a room in the upper floor near the big villa so I could stay near my family and they said there is nothing available. Later on a member of my family arrived and asked the exact same request and they gave him the room. he didn`t book it in advance.
